- How firm are these pillows?Not very. All I can say about this pillow is, that my bed was always full of feathers, I contacted Viceroy about it, but was ignored. It went into the bin at the end. Don’t buy !
- Can you limit the p&p to one charge if I buy 4 pillows?Our postage charge is £5.95 for the first item and £3.00 for each additional item.
- What is the cotton cover count please 300 or 400 thread count ?I couldn’t tell you. All I can say is, that my bed was constantly full of feathers, and they were sticking out pricking me ! The pillow went into the bin, after me having failed to get any response from the company. Don’t buy !
- In the photo the pillow has two navy stripes around it. Is this a pillow case or is this how it arrived?It is as it arrived, and as it was sent back ! After a week my bed was full of feathers, because the cover isn’t sufficiently fine to keep them in. The company didn’t answer my questions so I sent it back. Don’t buy!
