- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 July 2021Loved them until I washed the pillow casesI thought these were the best pillows I'd ever had, until I washed the cases. The pouches are external and filled separately from the internal pillow. Once washed as directed on instructions the filling is displaced so now the 4 central pouches are totally flat and the filling has migrated to other pouches. Basically the middles flat and some bits are over stuffed while others barely have any filling. I've tried fluffing it but doesn't look like it'll resolve. Waiting for them to dry but bitterly disappointed now.

Then I put my head down on it to see if it was comfortable. Omg, 4 hours later I woke up after an accidental nap feeling more refreshed than I have in years. I have chronic back pain, and after that nap, my neck and shoulders don’t hurt. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had so little pain. I’m planning on replacing every pillow in the house with these now (going to be gradual, this is a lot of money for me, but worth every penny). Just for the keywords, it is the softest, most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had the pleasure of laying my head on.Slight problem - my partner kept stealing mine in the night, so I had to buy another one
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 April 2021The pillow is good qualityFirstly I should state the I actually sent mine back but I will give an honest opinion.The build quality if fantastic with the look and feel spot of, The heat side and cool side do work and very ingenious how they manage it. Now for me I'm a front sleeper which is why I brought this in the first place. It looked a bit flat to me but I still went ahead and gave it a go, unfortunately I couldn't get on with it .I did speak with the customer service who were great to be far, then mentioned a few options.I think for me It was close but not close enough , but for many sleeping on your front this could help.

They keep their shape throughout the night instead of collapsing to a wafer thin layer under your head with mountains either side and the option to have a cool or warm side has been a godsend in this hot weather.I would say that they are a firm support and I would recommend them to anyone who needs that.They’re not stupidly expensive compared with similar pillows but, having bought some others in the past that turned out to be huge disappointments, they are infinitely superior! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I know this site to my fitness watch which went from some 60% to a whopping 80%! I must add though that I've put this and another slim foam pillow into the same pillow case so that probably accounts for the extra firmness - juss sayin'

- Where do i get the extra stuffingThis cooling pillow is already very full, if you think it's too high you can take out some of the filling inside, if you think it's still not high enough, you'll need to buy extra filling for yourself.
