- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 August 2020Hypnos has changedI had a hypnos pillow my mum bought me a few years ago from House of Fraser that was the best pillow I have ever used, I ended up throwing it away when I was moving and tried so hard to replace it but it seems Hypnos have changed the spec of this particular pillow that makes it no where near as comfy as the old ones. I have really struggled buying pillows now and have spent probably £300 on pillows in the last two years trying to replace it.

Ikea. and latex, some cheap some expensive but after a night at a Holiday inn I finally found pillow heaven.The extra loft height is just perfect for me, I did like my dunlopillo but it was too low.Excellent product highly recommend.

This pillow is very supportive for my neck and just the right depth and firmness and does not get too hot.

- what is the difference between the "high" profile and the "low" profile pillows?The high profile pillow is higher and ideal for people who sleep on their side and back. The low profile is better for people that sleep on their stomachs and backs.

- What is the guarantee?I can’t see any written guarantee, but to reassure you I’ve had one for at least 5 years and it’s still going strong. Also, Hypnos are a reputable company and providing you look after your pillow it should last a good period of time.
