- Do they come vacuum packed?Yes vacuum packed and excellent quality bed pillows.
- Does the cotton pillow case have a zip and can it be washed please?There is a hidden metal zipper in the pillow and also a cloth inside to prevent the filling from being caught. It can be washed by machine but you have to control the water temperature and other maintenance details. I still recommend using pillowcases, which are convenient and easy to clean..The standard size is just right.
- Are these good for side sleepers?I'm a side sleeper and perfect.. so very comfortable.. and you can remove or add stuffing according to personal comfort level. I can adjust the height of the pillow freely. Love this feeling...
- Where do i get the extra stuffing?These supported pillows are already very full, if you think they are too high you can take out some of the filling inside, if you think they are still not high enough, you'll need to buy extra filling for yourself.
