Bought these to replace the super expensive pillows I bought from Dreams which cost like £100 each or something ridiculous like that; but they have only been giving us neck and back pain over time. I finally decided to replace them despite the pain over how much we paid for them; and I’m so glad we did!!! I sleep so much better now! My neck and back pain is finally gone and I can enjoy my sleep. The pillows are comfortable, great value for money and easy to clean. If you’re having any doubts- trust me, get these pillows!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 February 2021Best pillow so far, and I have bought quite a fewHave bought lots of pillows before and after a while have not been happy with them but these pillows are lovely just a quick fluff in the morning and they are back into shape with no neck pain at all would highly recommend.A suggestion to the seller would be to add a few pounds to the price and add covers for the pillow as well. Currently, I had to buy it separately and it is a hassle.Overall pleased with the pillow. It springs into shape in 30 minutes (not 24 hours as mentioned on the page)

It is lumpy, misshapen & the ending is all frayed & coming apart. Considering the price of these 2 pillows (£35) I would say AVOID. I received these on 24.12.20 & because it is just over a month, I have no recourse or ability to contact BedStory directly. Look at the photos. Total & utter crap. Save your money & invest in something of a higher quality.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 May 2021Feel like down without allergyFirstly, these pillows are made of good quality Synthetic material, I have quite a large head with about 10kg. of weight. The material inside weight about 1 kg which is a good scientific sign of mass. I also lean on it with the headrest for at least few hours a day before sleeping on it. The pillow manages to keep minimum shape with good level of softness. It does not seem to give me warm feeling like memory foam as shown in one of the pictures. The pillow is great when I sleep on the bank rather on side.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 September 2021Bit to firmPillows are a very personal thing, we all like them different, so my opinion could be biased here.The material used for the pillows isn't very stretchy, thus the pillows aren't that soft, there's just very little give for you to sink your head into them.The double hem is a little annoying if you sleep with your head on the edge of pillows as I do. You can feel the hem too much.Soon after purchase I ended up buying a couple of cheap pillows from ASDA. They might not last long and get a bit lifeless and lumpy, but at least they are soft and compfy.If the pillows didn't have double hems, perhaps the pillows would be better.On a positive note, they were packed well in a box and not vacuum packed like some.Not great, but look decent quality and will probably last a good bit - better to keep for the occasional guest though, just not for me.

I actually woke with a start as it was daylight and I never usually sleep through! I normally wake up multiple times with tingling in my fingers due to a trapped nerve, but the pillow was so comfy that I didn't experience any of the usual pain. Very pleased with them and they are super soft. They look thick but it doesn't feel like you are sleeping on a brick. Fantastic for this side sleeping fidget!

I bought 1 pack first for my daughter to try because I was dubious they would be any good. She loved them so I bought a pack for myself too and also love them. Great value as I would expect to pay more for this quality.

Thankfully these pillows are still as soft and full as when we started using them, the description of hotel pillows is an accurate 1. They are really comfortable and my neck pain from a car crash last year has eased significantly since using them.Just make sure the instructions are followed and they are left for 24 hours to breathe and reach their maximum fluffiness.
