- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 August 2021So pretty and super softReally liked the bedding. Bought it for the colour, fancied a change from my usual whites. It was such a pretty colour and a simple design. However, if you have a small room I would go for a lighter colour. The design it pretty aesthetically but not something you want to sleep on even though the bedding is super soft. I do usually move the top pillows as they are usually just there for show. Only thing I didn't like was how it was packaged. It doesn't come how most bedding would come with a piece of card in between so the bedding needed some ironing when put on. Saying that, it was easy to iron. I just used a bit of steam and job done! The pictures show one half ironed and the other not. Took me like a minute to do. Another thing I loved was the opening was a zip and not buttong or poppers. Didn't think this was even a thing but clearly, it is. I hate when I have to change the bedding because of the tedious unbuttoning and buttoning. This wasn't the case. It was zip open, zip close! Love it

However, after long time comparing, I decided to try this cream coloured one to bring some warmth into the room. To be honest, I'm very happy with the decision. It's not as shiny as satin, but still got some kind of gloss in it. However, as the material is very soft and light, it doesn't stick to the duvet as flat I wished. Personally, I don't mind it that much as I always shake the duvet well when I make the bed in the morning, so it's nice and comfy for me to use in the night time. If you do mind, maybe Egyptian cotton will be a better suit for you. Hope it helps.

As the colour of my home wall is light green, the colour of this set suits my home setting. And the sets can be dried quite quick after washing even though our weather is groomy most of times.
