- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 December 2019Could be betterFirst of all, I love this range of furniture but the company should really pay a little attention to detail for the price. I already have a mirror, nest of tables and a coffee table that opens sideways from this range and from the same company as I have found their prices to be really competitive. Having said that I have found issues with all the 3 pieces I got which I have mentioned in my review of those items but I didn’t mind them as most of them could be taken care of by myself ( read ignored) and each of those pieces of furniture look like work of art to me despite the flaws.This item however, appeared to be very flimsy for the price and had many cracks, there were gaps in the metal and wood, and wasn’t even polished or waxed - it was either a work in progress or someone had rejected it already and it was sent to me without any quality checks.I was really worried that I had lost my money on this one but when I contacted the company they responded professionally and have today collected the item back. I am really relieved. I would have loved to ask for a replacement item but after having seen the furniture, I didn’t think it was worth the money and so decided to return.I am a little upset because I love this range and still need a side board but not completely put off by the company because their after sale support is great. And that is reassuring. Thanks.

The item arrived a day late without any warning which meant we had to stay in for 2 days to wait for it.2. Only a part of the item arrived. See images. We are still waiting on the other other half.3. Parts of the item are damaged. See images. Wood is chipped and bits are coming off.
