This welsh sideboard is a marriage of the modern and traditional and looks stunning. Sitting on Georgian feet but with a modern brushed acacia top. We feel this simple design would look wonderful in any kitchen or hallway. Traditional paneled doors and sides and built to last from solid pine finished in hard wearing and easy to clean matt lacquer. Please note: This item is delivered fully assembled. - Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 August 2020Good qualityStrong, no middle horizontal support but seems to hold around 200kg fish tank without issue.The large storage section has a built in shelf that is not easily removable. I had to saw it in half to make room for a large canister filter.

- What s the back panel like on this item, could it be used in middle of a room as a kitchen island?Its a strong hardboard back which is painted the same color as the rest of the sideboard. Its difficult to know how it would look in the middle of a room but I am really pleased with it as a sideboard. Good value for money. Hope that helps.
