- Hi can anyone tell me if the wheels lock and is it easy to assemble and store ?Hi, it is very easy to assemble, took me about 15 minutes. The wheels don't lock (but there is a choice for wheels or static feet). Due to what we need it for, we haven't looked at trying to store it away.
