Yes, its legs are metalic but the manufacturing design to assemble the legs is the most unpractical. Moreover, the metal studs attached to the glass are the pivotal to its strudiness. As soon as they fail ( and believe me it can fail with normal use), the whole table will fail to even stand.

I tried following the instructions, assembling the whole leg structure first and then trying to attach it to the glass piece. Did not work. Had to undo everything and attach each leg to the glass, one at a time, leaving the screws half done until everything was in place and then giving the final adjustments. Agree that a real wooden leg would nicer but the metal painted ones also look good.
