Given that the kitchen table is often the most used piece of furniture in a home, we wanted to product a range that was aesthetically pleasing but was exceptionally hard wearing. The top is made from hard wood that is stain resistant and naturally antibacterial and is treated with an oil guard, which is stain and heat resistant. The legs have 3 coats of matt lacquer to withstand knocks and easy to wipe clean. Most of all it's design is simple but has the charm of a French farmhouse table set off by a gorgeous looking top. Chairs, dressers, sideboards and display cabinets from this range are also available. Florence range is available in white, dove grey, truffle, navy blue and sage green.

Ordered this table with four chairs to match and they are amazing!! The company even sent me samples of the colours available before ordering so i could match them to my kitchen. It was all delivered quickly by a really friendly man who couldnt do enough to help. Incredibly easy to assemble although they can assemble for you if you ask at the time of ordering. So happy and hugely impressed with the very high quality, and the service we received was just outstanding. We have already recommended to lots of people and will definately be ordering more furniture! a truly superior experience.

It was very well packaged and It's well built and feels sturdy, it was already partly assembled so the assembly that was required was easy and the instructions were nice and clear. There were no missing screws or anything like that and the extending mechanism is nice and simple so very little can go wrong with it. I expect this to last many years and it was a pleasure to deal with Bedroom Furniture Direct, I will certainly be looking at their other products when I need some more furniture in the future.

Have been searching for ages, and this is just right. It extends to an oval shape with good solid fittings. Delighted to recommend this table.

A very polite lady rang me to arrange the delivery which was within 2 days of the order being placed. We were given a 1 hour delivery slot and the furniture was delivered bang on time at the beginning of the hour quoted. I ordered the truffle colour smaller size round table and chairs which were exactly as pictured. The chairs are very sturdy as described without being heavy and bulky, in fact the seat padding is even more plush than expected. The table is equally good quality and very well designed/constructed. This is just perfect for our small dining kitchen and superb value for money. I shall look at this company first when I next need to order furniture. So much better than the generic retail park chains and the usual automated, impersonal service.

I'd just bought a house and had guests coming and as this was the only seating I had to offer I didn't have time to exchange.

I did think the leaf folded out but it isn’t actually attached to the table but just stored in its centre. Still it comes out easily enough so you can fully extend it in minutes.

You are given a day for delivery and if it doesn't work you can change it. Then an exact hour of delivery. Delivery service is wonderful . Item is lovely clever way of having the extendable part in a "slot under the table". The surface has a grain which is nice - I've seen the video where liquid is poured on the same type of table but wondering if kids crafting items will bounce off it like it so much I'm scared to try !! I'd rather buy this item than the generic MDF rubbish that a certain Scandinavian firm offer

The customer service very polite and professional. For cabinet maker can advise pre drill holes before screw the wood. As you can see on a photo it's split in some places. However the table is beautiful.

I have never had a round table before and I am delighted with this. The colour (Dove Grey) matches my chairs and it looks lovely in my kitchen. It took only a couple of days to arrive and minutes to screw on the legs. I would highly recommend this table and this supplier.

- We are moving into a new property 10th Nov, a week on Monday and would like delivery Tues 11th..Can you specify a date of delivery for table /chairs?Hi, we can deliver table or chairs on the day of your choice. We always give our customers an options for deliveries. Most of our orders are delivered by our own vans and drivers providing you with 2 hour delivery time slot. If we are not in your area on the day you specify we would then dispatch your order with courier.
- Could 6 people sit around the extension?I would say this size of table comfortably sits 4 people when extended. There was a larger table available when I purchased this one which would probably be more suitable for 6.
- What is the height from floor to the underneath of the under frame?This is 72cm from floor to the underneath of the table. From the Floor to the bottom of the frame is 69cm. Hope this helps Graham
- does the table come flat packed or assembled?The table is flat packed but it is only 8 fixings to connect all the legs.
