  Better than expected, at first

  Only bought this to use as a sofa in our Cinema room. For the price, it is amazing. All up and ready to use literally 5 minutes after opening. Maybe not as comfortable as I would like, but for watching the odd film it's more than adequate.Having lived with this for a couple of weeks now, I'm forced to say it's the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever sat on. Within 15 minutes backache sets in, and after a 2 hour film, well numb bum was the least of our worries. It's a real shame as I like the design and the size was perfect. But, as far as it's intended use goes it's no good at all. Will be selling it on as soon as I can get a replacement that is fit for purpose.

  Not up to the standard. Don’t buy.

  Very disappointing purchase. Substandard product. Poor product support. Pleased with purchase initially but all the joy has evaporated. Claim rejected with a note that the buyer did not take care: I wonder how could the seller just come to that conclusion without providing any evidence? Lost all money on purchase and sofa is now standing against the wall. Prominent springs, sunk too cushion and stitches getting undone. Nil scope of redress as it was a sell through third party seller. My online purchase confidence is on the floor. Please see the pics.

  Elegant and sturdy

  Easy to mount, this couch will make a great addition to your living room. I bought it because of the cheap price, thinking that I'd replace it within few months. Basically bought it just to have something. But now that I see it with the rest of my furniture I have to say it's a great value for the price. While it does look great, I have to say I can feel it's not the most comfortable seater where to rest for long time. But again for the cheap price I think it's great and plus it can serve as a bed when having extra guests. I am personally very happy with this purchase.

  Ok product. Weak frame. Needs a modification.

  I use this sofa bed in a spare room. It doesn't get used often unless my nephew sleeps on it. Had no problems with it, easy to use and looks good. But the frame is fragile. I cracked the frame getting up out if it. I weigh about 14 stone so would expect it to hold me no bother. When I opened it up to look at frame it is made from what looks like scrap off cuts of timber. You get what you pay for a guess. I fixed it with an extra beam to the full length and another leg in the centre solved the problem. It is too long to not have a central support with such a weak frame. If you don't mind making the mod it is a decent product for infrequent use.

  Like laying on a bed of bricks

  So unbelievably UNcomfortable!The only way this would be comfy is if you did not have any bones in your body!I used it one night and feel like my hip bones have changed shape like when stewie griffin banged his head off the ceiling and it squashed it into the football shape.Throw some cushions on it and it could be good as a reception sofa but not for sitting on for long periods of time unless you like the idea of your bum bones disintegrating

  Great for what I needed them for

  Lovely easy to build have withstood four messy rowdy boys. Can wipe down easily enough.Wanted to tide myself over till I can buy a corner sofa. These were great cheap and easy for me to build I’m a single mum.Comfy enough. My son has slept on one overnight and had no complaints. Easy to click up and down.

  Great sofa bed ..

  My teenage son wanted a sofa in his bedroom but couldn't have a bed and a sofa so got him this for his bedroom and it's fantastic... easy to assemble...and very comfortable it looks fab in his bedroom and would definitely recommend especially for the price everywhere else I looked was priced alot more ...took about a week for it to be delivered

  Not a good quality at all. It is ok for sofa purposes and looks ok but very uncomfortable to sit an sleep. Awaiting instructions to return it as not meeting the description on the website. Avoid

  Very uncomfortable sofa. Don't waste your money.

  This has been my worst online shopping experience in my life. Being attracted to its price and visuals on the Web, I ordered this sofa 2 years ago. However for the last 1 year, we are not using it. Because it became totally uncomfortable to sit on it, in time. Let alone feeling the spring pockets and the wood under the layer on top, you can even see them clearly. The surface of the sofa is very rough and I don't call it a sofa any more. In 1 year, the product became useless. This product should not be advertised in Amazon.

  Don not buy to sleep on.

  This sofa is very poorly made. The springs underneath are held on by plastic clips and when my daughter (who is only 68kg) sat on it they broke and went straight through the fabric underneath making it very dangerous for my cats who like to run and play underneath the furniture. There is no support legs in the middle of the sofa so any weight in the middle it bows. I would not recommend this sofa. Also as a bed which we used temporarily without the legs for the safety of the cats it is very uncomfortable.
