- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 October 2019Verry cheaply made itomCheep I have only had this for 3 months and there is only me no children or pets or any one els as I suffer from anxiety verry bad and no one can come in my house it has all ready come away from the seams stichen has come lose and you can feal all the wood joce as verry cheep fome in side the seats I payed 550 for this itom that is only good for a child as you can gather I don't think verry much of the itom Iam going to buy a difrent on when I have saved up agen hope this helped
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 October 2019A GREAT SOFA, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MESSAGING SECOND TO NONE !!Before during and after, the customer service, delivery and assembly of my sofa was on a par with no other furniture company I have bought from before. The Sofa Collection company had all the information necessary on the amazon website to not only help us with organising delivery and assembly of our Windermere sofa by their delivery contractors, but after-delivery care is again second-to-none I have purchased a sofa from before. If I could give their call centre woman marks out of ten, then the woman always happy to hear from me at The Sofa Collection would get 11 out of 10 ! Why you ask ? Because it goes to 11 ! The Item I bought was a 3 seater Windermere Black, and I don't think I could ask for anymore from the day of ordering to the day it was delivered and assembled, all without me having to do anything other than a few clicks of the mouse, money exchange, answer customer service and delivery contractor calls ! How great is that ? Love my Windermere, and the missus has already chosen her spot. Good thing both ends recline ! ( Do speak to The Sofa Collection for help and information as you buy from them like I did a couple of times, trust me, they really are happy to help you. )

Sofa CollectioArrived on time I am disabled and I was left with my old suite and three large boxes in my lounge. I had to find some one to remove my old suite and open up the boxes and to put my new suite together this cost me £60 Two Seater Sofar and Two arm chairs I was very upset that I was left with the problem.

The guys who delivered it kept in touch with me throughout the day. They delivered on time and were very helpful. My partner is very happy with his early Christmas present. Such good value for money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
