- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 September 2020Perfect sofa, Brilliant company.Delivery came early (2/09/20) which was great, this was communicated in advance via the honeypot customer care team.The delivery team were polite, respectful, and professional. I was very happy with them, they put the sofa together to check quality etc...The sofa set i bought looks fantastic, seems well made and is extremely comfortable. (Although it is it early days, I'll update this review in due course)To summarise, I've had a brilliant overall experience with Honeypot and would highly recommend them.

Unpacked it and put it together with ease.Now for the down side. Very little padding behind the large back pillows that case the wood to dent the pillow so renders you from flipping them. The ones you site on have back to front waving spring bars with no padding at all but are very sturdy. You cannot flip the seat cushions as the understand isn't the same material, it's more thicker and dense to deal with the springs sat on.Overall the sofa for the price is a great deal. I only got it because of the toddler.Ps the feet are a lighter brown than pictured. But replaced with chrome ones from eBay.

But i read Honeypot's reviews on trust pilot and was sold. The customer service was absolutely second to none. They responded to each email with ease and explained this incredibly well. Delivery was slightly longer than predicted on amazon but the team explained why due to my location in the country. I was absolutely fine with that! Delivery guys were great, arrived when they said they would and it was zero effort for them.Will be purchasing the matching footstool once it is back in stock. Thank you!

It is very disappointing. We have no children so it's not being jumped all over. Just the two of us using it so this does let it down alot.

I particularly wanted to write this review because the customer service I received was fantastic and I will definitely go back to them in future. The 3-seater sofa wouldn't fit through the doorway but I was advised a 4-seater comes in two pieces so would fit - and they delivered a replacement two days later! I'm very happy with my sofa and highly recommend Honeypot!

The colour is lovely and complimentary, the delivery team were great as well, they came in assembled the sofa - really friendly. Quickly assembled as well.I only wish there was a bit more space to sit on the sofa is spacious but if I could change 1 thing it would be that. I would love to buy more pieces from this collection I just don't have space in my living room.
