- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 November 2020Really disappointingOk so the customer service when I was buying this was great and the delivery organisation was excellent so I was really excited for it to arrive and it looks nice but omg it's so uncomfortable!It's really hard and the seat feels like it's on a sloping angle so I feel like I'm tipping off when I try to take a nap on it.I'm hoping it will soften up the more I use it because honestly I'm regretting buying this now but it would be too much of a hassle to return it. A real disappointment.

Then called again on the day to say what time it would be delivered. Once delivered they checked the item over for damages. One part was damaged but the company gave excellent customer service and replaced it in no time. Delivery drivers set it up for us in 2mins. Fantastic service and product. Very comfortable and so far robust.

It may look nice in the photos, and still does when it's in front of you, but it is cheaply made and very uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions are completely flat and you'd think we'd had the couch for years, not a couple of weeks. The cushions constantly slip off the couch and they offer no support to the wooden frame that just sits against your back. I've given it 1 star for comfort, but that's only because I can't give it anything less!So if you're looking for something comfortable, look elsewhere as this just reminds me of an episode of 30 Rock where they try making a couch but it's so uncomfortable it just ends up being used as a torture device by the American government!!I'd send it back, but the cost of a courier is a joke.Edit: Was told we can only return it for a refund if it is still in the wrapper and unused! So If you find it uncomfortable to sit on, the only way to get a refund is if you didn't sit on it at all and have the powers of foresight to tell if it's going to be uncomfortable or not! Not to mention, the delivery drivers took the sofa out of the wrappings and put it together when they delivered it in the first place! Crafty/underhand way of getting out giving refunds to people!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 May 2021Don't buy! Don't let the appearance deceive you. Not comfortableDon't buy if you want a sofa for everyday use. The fabric used on the cushions back and underneath is very slippery which causes the cushions to constantly slide off. Not a very comfortable thing! Contacting Honeypot didn't help because they said this is not a manufacturing fault. They offered to arrange for a service paid by us to add a non-slip mat to the fabric. Alternatively, they offered a refurn but we have to take the corner back to the store, well packed and in an unused condition!! Also, there's no support for in the back and sides of the corner just fabric. So it's easy to get peirced or torn if you have a child.

(and I am not sitting on a garden chair) The only problem is the arms of the sofa they are a bit small and the arm cushion keeps sliding off. Other wise all good. - does the harley jumbo bed sofa bed i have bought come with the pillows as photographed in the picture?Well my sofa came with the cushions and I suspect the sofa bed will too. The ‘pillows’ are basically the ‘headrest or back’ of the sofa/sofabed so they are an essential part
- Hi. do you deliver to filey in north yorkshire? if so would it be a specific day or by courier?Honeypot deliver to most of the UK and deliver to different postcode areas on different days. If you send them a quick message with your postcode, they will be able to let you know when they deliver. They have a great customer service team and respond really quickly.
- Do I need to assemble the sofa?No delivery men do it for you but still its quite easy only need to screw feet on and one part hooks into the other From delivery to assembly to leaving took approximately 15 minutes
- Hi does the corner sofa come in separate pieces and will the delivery team be able to deliver to the 3rd floor?The Harley corner sofas come in 2 parts. Honeypot use a 2 man delivery team who will deliver to a room of your choice (even if this is on the 3rd/4th floor) and will assemble the sofa for you if you want them to.
