The cushions are a little firm but I’m sure with use they will soften up.Delivery drivers were excellent and set up the sofa to where we wanted. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 October 2021Pleasantly suprisedI am one of life's pessimists when it comes to buying high value items from Amazon, especially something along these lines where you are going on reviews regarding everything from comfort and build to what actually gets delivered.My old faithful sofa broke in the middle and with wait times up to Christmas with the likes of DFS and SCS I took a gamble and ordered the three seater and two seater from Amazon. I also wanted the chair but decided to just get these first and not chance ending up regretting my decision.Delivery very quick. Excellent communication from the friendly delivery guys about what time to expect on day of delivery.They arrived right on time and the guys assembled both in my lounge in about 20 minutes.Excellent quality, sturdy and well made and very comfortable. The seating I would say is medium to firm as far as comfort is concerned which is perfect as I can get back issues if too soft.So pleased to say - five stars from me and I have now ordered the chair as well. Or should I have? Oops there is the pessimist again. Given my experience thus far I am positive I will be as equally pleased with the chair.

It was a little firm to begin with but that went down well with my husband. Very comfortable now.The delivery was quick and easy and the lads were very friendly.I would definitely recommend this.
