Delivery was fast and well communicated. A couple of issues with legs not fitting but customer service has been excellent and quickly resolved. Overall, really impressed.

It turned out to be much nicer than I expected. Having researched sofas for months before buying this, I don't think you could find a better sofa at this price range. They also have Excellent customer service. The sofa arrived quickly and the delivery guys broght the sofa into my living room and assembled it where I wanted. The entire process has been very positive and I would definitely buy furniture from honeypot again.

It is sturdy, and the seat is firm and high (which makes it very easy to get in and out of!). The velvet is thick, a gorgeous colour, and very good quality. The cushions are firm and keep their shape well. Customer service was excellent too. The sofa arrived promptly, and the charming delivery guys set it up in exactly the position I wanted. I got a phone call a few weeks later asking if I was happy with the sofa, and if I had any recommendations as to how they could improve the product and/or their service.
