- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 June 2020very inferior piece of furnitureThe picture on the website was attractive and I read some of the reviews. they were really mixed but I thought well it cant be so bad. How wrong I was. the Chaise lounge was sold as Deluxe. what a shock. The packing for a deluxe item was very poor. the corners of one box was torn and the item was visible from the outside. I opened up the first box and the screws were lying loose. The fabric on the item was very thin and looked tatty. I was shocked. I was expecting a Chaise lounge for my living room and I received an inferior item. Customers should be aware of this false advertising. I am now having problems trying to return this large item. Its inferior and does not live up to the promises of a deluxe item: yet the supplier is insisting that I must pay for the return costs. I'm really disgusted.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 September 2017Extremely bad quality!I would avoid purchasing this at all costs! The quality is really poor and the assembly instructions are awful. The screws do not line up well and are difficult to tighten because the wooden frame obstructs the use of the Allen key. There are no markings or holes for the fitting of the metal legs. Definitely not worth the money.

It's a long chair, (or, chaise longue, if you're pretentious!)Sure, I had to drill pilot holes for the feet screws, but once I had, the feet were a breeze to fit. The back and armrest side of things were a little tricky, but I got there after not too much cajoling, swearing and necessary violence!This is a very nice, well made piece of furniture, nicely solid, yet surprisingly comfortable. (Someone really should be paying me for this review!)It also doubles as a handy pretentiousness detector, anyone that calls it a chaise longue gets an automatic invite to leave! (Edited to add: Do not pay more than ~£140)
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 August 2021Buyer BEWARE!PLEASE reconsider before buying this product. The tracks to connect the pieces don’t fit so it can’t be put together properly, and it requires a LOT of force to get the piece that do fit together to connect and align. I will say it makes the couch sturdy but you will almost certainly need two people or a brute force and few choice words. The instructions didn’t fit the product and asked for screws to be inserted where there was no place to screw anything. They didn’t even include all of the pieces it said were included in the instructions. The feet don’t have any place to be attached as the entire bottom is stapled over with fabric and there no indication as to where the feet should go on the bottom. The wood screws can penetrate the wood but it is EXTREMELY difficult to get them into the frame. The only reason this isn’t a one star is because the material and cushion seem quite comfortable, but it will be hard to enjoy it without it being put together properly.

Not only that, there were no pre-drilled holes to ease the process of assembly. Also, the rails that connect the base, end piece, and back part of the lounge didn't line up. There was a lot of work I had to do for this "easy-to-assemble" piece. Other than that, a nice stylish piece of furniture that adds pinache to the room

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 October 2021Value for moneyLooks good, decent quality for the money, but there are no pre-drillled holes to screw the feet on, but the worst was the brackets to attach the side panel to the seat were not even close to aligning with their counterparts on the seat, i had to remove them and reattach in the correct place. Someone in the factory needs to invest in a measuring tape

- Does it all come in one single boxsorry, I don't remember , I purchased this in 2017 . At the movement I am sitting on it , really useful, thinking to buy another one.
- Besides a nap, can one actually sleep for the night on it?I would say no, as it is quite narrow and the back rest is not adjustable. It would be like sleeping sitting on a chair.
- Is it black ?Yes it is. It’s lovely. We tend to sit on it as it’s opp our sofas. But it’s comfy enough to lay on and read a magazine. It’s not the widest but that suited our lounge ?
