Delivery is done by a 2 man delivery courier. Once the courier has collected your parcel you will receive an email that will include your tracking number. You will receive a message: 1) a day prior delivery with a 2-hour delivery window and tracking information. 2) on the day a reminder
Delivery to the room of choice and unpack upon request (the delivery crew will unpack the sofas if requested to do so) free of charge (this does not include assembly either disposal of packaging) Assembly is available for £25.00 and removal of old sofas for £30.00, please contact us after placing your order.
If you are not going to be at home. Please contact us to schedule a delivery date as soon as you place your order. If you miss a delivery there is £65 redelivery charge. Weekend delivery, Before 10, AM slots, PM slots, After 6, may be available upon request.
You will require a door opening of at least 65CM clear, for the 1 and 2 seaters to fit through, the 3 seater may also require additional space before and after the door with no obstruction.
5 Years extended warranty available: Supplied by staigurad. Covering Leather stains, accidental damage & structure. Cost: 1 Seater: £25.00, 2 Seater: £50.00, 3 Seater: £75.00

I bought some protection to reduce damage from dogs. I live in Jersey and delivered within a wk of purchase. Local shop was a 12 wk wait. I opted for a 2 seater and one seater in light grey and they are perfect for my little cottage. Deadly mind once you pull that lever and recline. Even if they only last a few years for that money I can't complain
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 October 2021Beautiful quality & comfort.We have a large family (2 adults / 4 kids) and after a visit to all the big brand shops, we concluded that we were probably looking in the region of £3,000 for something suitable for us all and even then, we would’ve had to have opted for fabric which is great for comfort but not for practicality when you like wiping everything over, so we took to Amazon instead and found these beauties.We purchased two 3 seater recliners in the taupe colour and have had them for a few months now before leaving this review. They are a gorgeous neutral colour so can match anything beige / cream / mink / taupe to them. Initially they were quite a firm sofa but have softened up now and are soooo comfortable. Material is durable so you can give a good wipe down with zoflora and a cloth without any discolouration etc.What an absolute bargain, 2 of these 3 seaters for little over a grand, job done!. So pleased.
