Avoid at all cost!!!Absolutely avoid at all cost as this company has got no customer service at all, I contacted them regarding if my sofa was coming the day amazon told me it was arriving baring in mind the day it was coming it was my birthday so wasted all my birthday waiting for a sofa that didn't arrive as when they got back to me they said amazon is just an estimate hmm how is that when it said it was arriving that day so was left without a sofa as got rid of the one I had for the new one arriving obviously it arrives 3 days later for me then to have to pull our a further £35 for them to bring it into my home and set it up if even it states on the description its included delivery guys were however lovely not a happy customer at all and certainly wouldn't recommend its put me off totally of buying a sofa online, sort your customer service out as what I asked you didn't even answer its a joke also the sofa is beautiful to look at but hard sitting on I feel.like I've just wasted my monet to be fair!!!!!

Was not pleased I had to pay delivery men 20 pound to bring it through the door and they didn't even put the feet on etc which in a text they told us that we had to pay the money and they would assemble it. No it was just to bring it through the front door.

- What needs assembling, is it easy to do yourself?You only unpack the cushions and screw the feet on. But the delivery drivers charged us 20 pound to bring through the doors as it was too heavy for us too manage . The back of the sofa were the cushions rest on ripped straight away very flimsy .
