There was nothing offensive and nothing obscure in my previous review. I am really disappointed with the policy and that you cannot actually say what you think about the product.

I can't return them because I already put up 2 of them. I emailed the seller and I haven't heard anything back. Very disappointed! If I got a response and solution from the seller then I would have been happy.

- Do these shelves require a drill for assembly?THe shelves arrive ready assembled but you’ll need to drill in to the wall for the screws to attach it
- How many cm between the screw holes for wall mounting please? I need it to fit onto 2 existing screws 37cm apart... thanks! :-)the distance between the two screw holes (from middle to middle of hole) is 12 inches approx
