Mine collapsed while it was in the fully reclined position, it’s a good thing I didn’t break my neck.It still works upright but the stop that keeps it from collapsing when reclined has broken.The plastic surrounding the legs broke the first day, too.The parcel return cost is too high - next time I’ll make sure to use some free return method.

Chairs unfit for purpose.My family are all average size with no one exceeding 14 stone.I tried calling but the number does not ring, I tried going through Amazon but heard nothing back.My advice - stay clear and save yourself some aggravation. Lesson Learned☹️☹️☹️
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 July 2021Worst Purchase I've Ever Made.15 minutes of relaxation 2 hours of pain.Best product to get if you want to test your legal skills.I've literally only sat in the chair for 15 min before it collapsed under me.At first I thought that I've maxed out the chair limit but the description clearly states that the max limit is 110kg, I'm 75kg.After closer examination I've noticed that both lf the chairs shares a lovely rust coating.Please save your self the hassle and move away form this purchase.This product is unsafe.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 June 2021Item damaged and badly repaired.This item arrived in a battered old box that been badly patched up with Sellotape for reissue. It seemed the chairs had been sent out before and returned. One of the headrests had been badly repaired. Their was no internal packaging. The locking levers which were supposed to arrest gravity movement did not hold the chairs in position. Cannot recommend them or the seller.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 July 2020Good and badThe are very comfy in the laid back position. The sun shade is fab but doesn't come down far enough.The bad points. To lean back you have to push against a wall or something with your feet. Or the floor awkwardly. When you are in the right position you tighten the 2 handles at each side of the chair, but they won't hold you in place, the chair will slowly fall back into a seated position. So you have to keep getting into the right position and tightening the handles again.We will persevere.

One of the chairs would not lock in place. Looked cheap and plasticky compared to how they looked in the pictures. Took far too long to get a refund - see seller review. I do not recommend these at all

But chairs are good and comfortable.The sunshades are it the wrong place and can not be adjusted, they do absolutely nothing - so if you see the same item without shades cheaper I’d go for that. But as I said chairs are good otherwise - we unscrewed the ‘shades’ and threw them away.

- Hi im just about to order a set of 2 chair recliners it says yu get umbrella cup & phone holder is that right if so i will go ahead a buy tracy uI paid the extra money to get the canopies however these were not included. After a few weeks one of the welds broke and the chair also went rusty. They are now refusing to refund me. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP OUT OF POCKET!

- is there a warranty with these chairs as one of mine has buckled on second use after the return date expired on 17th July 2021?One of mine buckled and tipped me out into my head after only 3 uses and 37 days. The company claims to stick to their strict 30 day return policy, despite the goods being clearly faulty. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
