  Fantastic chairs

  These chairs are great! I've been looking for some chairs to replace my current wobbly old chairs for ages and finally took the step and ordered these ones. I was really worried as I hadn't had a chance to try them out beforehand but I hoped for the best!They arrived about a week later ready for me to build. I found the construction of them quite fidgety to get everything tightened but I got there slowly.Now was the time to sit on them .... wow these are brilliant. They have a nice padded cushion which was so comfortable to sit on. Also they felt very sturdy.The only issue that people may have is that they are very heavy. Personally, I like that as it's what adds to the sturdy feel but others may not be so keen.I would definitely buy them again ?

  Good quality

  I bought four chairs (two packs) and they were easy to assemble and quite comfortable. On a quality control note TWO of the chairs had metal protruding from on of the back feet which I failed to notice and have now got to repair my new dining room floor as it was deeply scratched straight away. have since ground the metal down as could not remove and felt padded all the chair feet. Despite this they are fairly sturdy and do not rock.

  Top quality at reasonable price

  We had been looking for replacement dining chairs but didn't want cheap, flimsy things but also didn't want to spend hundreds of pounds. I was about to buy ones for around £100 each from an oak specialist website when I came across these on Amazon. They looked good in the pics and having already owned Julian Bowen stuff meant I knew the quality would be good, the price was more than good at under £150 for a pair and they were available via Prime - winner!! I bought two pairs and I have to say I am very happy (more importantly, my wife is also). They are extremely well made, the finish is really good and they fit together without needing to manually rectify any manufacturing defects yourself - the holes were where they were meant to be and the screws went in perfect. Can't praise them enough. In fact I'm going to buy another pair when they are back in stock.

  Sturdy

  While I can say these are good sturdy chairs, I did not like the white paper stickers which were used and proved very hard to remove. Also for the cost it would have been nice if the seats were available in other colours instead of just brown. On another matter as the chairs are delivered in pairs, why couldn't they be prebuilt, with only the seats to be added, they would still weigh the same! I didn't use this service, but having to pay for the chairs to be assembled in the home I thought was a rip off. It was only because I needed sturdy chairs urgently, that I chose them

  Poorly Made Cabinet

  The Cabinet would have been a perfect match for the rest of our new furniture that we had recently purchased but it was not to be as the cabinet has been very poorly made in that the beading used to hold the glass in on the doors was very flimsy made and the nails used were also inadequate for the job, so there for not fit for purpose. So when we opened up the cabinet after removing the packaging we found the glass from the left door panel had come away and was inside the cabinet with all the beading that was meant to be holding the glass in place. We there for had no choice but to return the cabinet and ask for a refund.

  Excellent Quality

  Purchased these to go in my newly decorated lounge. What a great buy! They are a lovely warm oak shade, a good weight and very sturdy. The tables are very well made and excellent value for money. They arrived fully assembled and packed in a very strong cardboard box. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and would have no hesitation recommending this product. Also Amazon delivered within two days (free delivery).

  The chairs are difficult to put together but when the correct screw etc arrived SUCESS

  Chairs arrived quickly ,chairs beautiful but problems with parts that were wrong and did not fit . I contacted Customer Services and Amy and Sarah were very helpful and sorted out all the problems very quickly. Because the quality and appearance of the chairs was so good I persevered and they look great. I will repeat my opinion that the Customer Services Dept was excellent.

  I must admit I had second thoughts about these and tried to cancel them. I'm so pleased I was too late to cancel, they are a beautiful nest of side tables. Stunning with the rest of my new furniture the match is unbelievable - bought from different furniture shop. The care with which these were packed is something to behold. Thank you.

  Very good value for money

  Nice bit of furniture. It arrives assembled so there is nothing to do but carefully unbox it and put it in permission.Holds all our set top boxes with room to spare and more importantly our 49" telly.The little cupboard is very useful and, until my granddaughter susses out how it opens, somewhere to store the dreaded cartoon DVDs.
