I emailed and the very next day the remaining 2 chairs arrived. Sadly one of the chairs was marked in 2 places so I had to email again and received a reply in a few short hours to say that a replacement seat would be sent out. Yes there have been an few teething issues with this order but I cannot fault the service I have received to resolve the issues.Just to edit, we discovered one of the chair legs was uneven, which meant the chair wobbled when sat on. I emailed the company who responded straight away and advised that the legs were out of stock with a delivery due at the end of May. Yesterday (26th May) the new set of legs arrived.Seriously cannot fault the chairs or the customer service.Both deliveries were made before the advertised delivery date, the chairs are extremely easy to put together, look amazing and most importantly are so comfortable to sit on! Even the kids stay up the table chatting for longer after we've eaten.I would definitely recommend these chairs, the company has a brilliant concept of excellent customer service too!

Firm but comfy. Rubber feet. Bought with two matching same make, armless chairs but they came with dark grey legs. Tried no contact the seller no reply. Kept as hopefully not noticable under table too much. Happy with quality and most definitely the price, although this keeps going up. Saw basic chairs first for two at £68 now a few months later at £88 but still good value compared to other famous brands!! Buy all same style is my recommendation!

Have only been used for intended purpose. Terrible quality frame and terrible customer service. Contacted seller when first chair collapsed and have yet to receive a response.
