- Brought 2 stools and table but don't know how to adjust up and downWhen you sit on them, lift the lever under the seat and it will go down. You can then ‘trigger’ the lever to adjust it to the height you want. Alternatively, lift the lever and push the sear down with your body weight to the height you want, then let the lever go.
