The stools are also heavy enough to feel safe, unlike the lighter ones that feel as though they’ll not hold you or will topple over. The seller replied the next day saying it had been dispatched and should take 4-6 days so I should expect delivery by the 8th. It arrived the next day (29th May). So easy to assemble but still sturdy and great value for money. Very satisfied (which is not a comment I say flippantly). Highly recommended - great value for money

The instructions are on German, however as there are pictures of how to assemble they are really easy to put together. Took me 5 minutes to put them together.

You can easily adjust the height. It is stable and the sitting area is large so it is as comfortable as an armchair. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Return process was easy, I have now got some other stools which are much sturdier with better upholstery.

- Should the seat raise up when sitting on it?No it shouldn’t....especially if you are not pulling the lever. If it’s going up when your sitting on it and not pulling the lever it’s faulty. If it’s going up when you are sitting on it and pulling the lever you are very light!!
- Hi, Can I check, are the photographs a good representation of colour or is the fabric lighter/darker in real life?Yes they are a good representation of the colour in the photos
- Is the fabric easy to cleanYes to be fair we’ve had ours since November and they’re still clean with no stains. Easy to wipe down. We have dark grey though so stains wouldn’t be noticeable visible. The legs do need wiping down say once a week though. We just use windowlene and a cloth to bring the shine back. Hope this helps.
- Where are the instructions?If you unpack all the parts they should be tucked away in there, I initially thought they hadn't been included but they are there.
