Company tried to be helpful when we realised we might not be here to recieve delivery. Communication via Amazon worked. Slight language barrier when interpreting the replies. A clear way of talking to the delivery firm at this end would have made it a little easier to resolve.

It’s very sturdy but more lightweight than it looks, I was expecting it to be really heavy but it’s actually lightweight and easy to move around but very sturdy. Ideal for using against kitchen work surfaces for people who can’t stand for too long, worth every penny. My only criticism there are no English instructions.

Wasn’t sure whether I wanted a stool but as this was a reasonable price I tried it and like it. It’s sturdy and comfortable and was easy to assemble. I opted for cream and it does show marks so I think the seat pad will show wear and tear if not given tlc. Have used it several times now and overall very happy and would recommend it.Delivery was prompt and it was well packaged.

They had tried to assemble it without taking one of the parts of so it was stuck up the tube. No way was the stool going to work. I managed to get the part out with a hammer. The stool is working great good value. I am not going to give it a star rating as really I should have sent it back. I am happy that I was able to see the problem and was able to fix it.
