One of the stools in the order had a hole in the wrong place, customer service excellent, after a pic of the problem a replacement stool is being sent asap. Lovely looking set, solid and smart x

The problem is that the screws look all the same; then you don't have eachin the right quantity. What happens was that I ended up using longer screws and they ended up piercing the top. It now looks horrible.

Holes all lined up nicely for bolts, great looking veneer it’s actually difficult to tell and no chips or marks! Nice and sturdy when put together, I’m a 20st bloke and doesn’t feel weak at all.Comfort marked as 4 star may be unfair as it’s as comfortable as a wooden stall can be!
