Customer questions and answers
- Does this stool comes in cream/beige colors?I don’t know, only advertised, Black with white strip or white with black strip
- how do you adjust height I think you are supposed to sit on it and pull lever to lower but too high for me to climb on to do is there any other wayIf you can't sit on it try just pulling the lever. If that doesn't work pull the lever and put a little pressure on the seat.
- I have a new solid oak floor, can you stick felt pads or sliders on the base, is there anywhere to put floor protectors.We also had new floors and they haven’t marked ours. There are rubber/plastic rings to protect from the chrome. I guess u could add felt. Had them 6 months now and really pleased with them.
- How high is it when at lowest position from floor to top of back rest?When fully lowered it is 107cm to highest point of seat back
