  Quality of the product is good. I am extremely pleased with how they look in my kitchen.They are even better than I expected.What simple instructions and diagrams to follow for someone like me who is useless at putting things together.The packing they arrived in was excellent. and nothing was damaged. I have only had them a week, so I can't comment on how hard wearing they will be.The one little problem was that on one of the four chairs I bought, the middle silver button on the back was loose and would not stick in so we glued it in.Other than that ,perfect.

  Just after I ordered these chairs Amazon said there was a problem with the delivery. But in fact there wasn't. I ordered them on Thursday afternoon, they were delivered Monday Lunchtime. What else could you want?The chairs are well made, comfortable and look splendid. They took longer to unpack that to put together. That's not really a complaint, it simply illustrates how well they were packed.The company replied to my concerns within 24 hours and included the DPD tracking number to show they had been dispatched. So I have no hesitation in recommending both the chairs and the company who sold them to me.

  Excellent product for the money. The supplier was very quick and efficient. They have a good supplier/customer ethic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The product comes with easy to follow instructions and took approximately 10 to 15 minutes to assemble. All in all I would give them 5* all round, another delighted customer.

  Great Customer Service, not so good chairs.

  Its such a shame they were so poorly finished as from a distance they look fantastic. The material was saggy with loose cottons and a something trying to poke through one of the seats. You definitely get what you pay for. I can't fault the customer service though, have been fully refunded and quickly. Similar style available at Argos for less.

  Cost effective and different to the usual stools

  Good solid construction although they do wobble if fully extended. Used as seating at the breakfast bar.
