Buyer has told us these are out of warranty and will not replace. Do not buy these stools. Not good quality and even worse customer service.

For now we are very happy with it. It's very soft, good padding on the seat. Back rest doesn't support your back much. Fast delivery. Ordered Saturday recieved Monday late morning without paying extra money for delivery.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 May 2020what a findwe moved in to a house that had two chairs at the breakfast bar not fit for purpose they were too high and hurt your back side due to being wood, i searched high and low for good bar stools that can be adjusted in height when i came across these, at the price for 2 i thought ok somethings off thats to good a deal but at that price what have i to lose, i ordered them and they arrived very quick and expertly packed, easy to assemble i done both withing 15 minutes and they are excellent they look great they are comfy and really add something to the breakfast bar, dont miss out on these at this price, steal

The metal is not strong enough either so it bends.And, when I tried to return, the seller gave me the run-around. I am debating now if I should go ahead and keep them because shipping them would probably cost close to the amount of purchase as the post office charges for size/weight. Total waste of money and space because I feel stuck with them now but cant use them !

They assembled easily and are very comfortable and although I thought they may be cheaply made I was pleasantly surprised at how strong they were. Excellent value for the price.

- What are the dimensions of the actual seat please?Seat base 44cm wide x 38 cm front/ back . Seat back is 33 cm tall.
- Does anyone know what the base dimensions are please?I’m not sure on measurements but they are smaller than the seat so I found them to wobble and tip.
- Is there protective rubber on the base of these chairs for the floor?No rubber on base but they are flat and havent marked my floor
