  Neat, sturdy bar stool/raised workshop chairs. Easy to assemble.

  Great pair of high chairs. Supposed to be used as bar stools, but I'm going to be using one in my shed, so I can sit at my workbench as well as stand and take some of the strain out of my legs & back, the other one I plan to use upstairs at my fold down art & craft table, which I mounted on the wall at the wrong height ( it's too much hassle to take it off and reposition it).I found them very easy to assemble without instructions, even though they did come with basic pictorial instructions.Two points to remember when self assembling these chairs;1- remove the plastic cap from the top of the gas lift, before fitting it.2- place the chrome plated plastic collar the right way up, wider end sits on the bottom base plate.I found building these was far easier upside down, starting with the seat and bolting the post & arms to the underside of it with the inclosed allen key & fixings. Insert the wide end of the gas lift into the round metal base, place the collar over the end of the end of the gas lift - the right way up. Then slide the other metal tube (with seat attached) over the gas lift till it clicks into place and it's all done apart from sliding the arm pads on to each arm, from the rear, wide end first. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble both chairs.They feel nice and sturdy too.My only disapointment is the seat is not that well padded, so if you're going to be using these for more than about 30 minutes, I would place a cushion on the seat before use. Though I haven't included a photo of my finished Grey chairs, they look identical to those in the picture on the sellers page.Both arrived neatly packed in one large box. And were delivered by courier 48 hours after my order was placed.Excellent service.

  Poor quality and workmanship

  They arrive in good time and and good packing. The quality of the stools are below par, and they are made in PRC. I do not know how other buyers rated this highly. When looked from distance they look nice, but when look closely in detail you will find negatives. Some of the cons are- the arms does not align with the chair seat- arm's end knobs (plastic) are not fixed properly- the synthetic leather is thin and don't think it is hardwaring.- the chrome finish looks cheap and rough and may well rust in future.I would not recommend these.

  Attractive and comfortable stools

  These stools - really chairs, as they have backs and arms - are easy to assemble and comfortable for those of average size. I would not recommend them for those of above average size. They are perfect seats for a breakfast bar, or for pursuing hobbies where a higher viewpoint is required, and they swivel and are adjustable for a good range of heights.

  Good quality, look expensive, sturdy & great value

  Didn’t t know what to expect for the money but I wasn’t disappointed! As the price was the cheapest I could find and they look the part . Larger than I thought too and hopefully will stand the test of time ... although there is only 8 bolts holding it thru seem sturdy enough .. very happy and would recommend! 10/10 easy to assemble too

  We bought these as a cheap short term measure for our new kitchen, until we can get out to shop for more sturdy long term chairs. Now that they are here... it is clear there is no need to replace them anytime soon! They’re sturdy and comfortable and look much more stylish than their price tag alludes to. I’ve ordered two more!

  I highly recommend these stools. After the first one trust me it is easier to assemble! No tools needed. They are bigger than what I expected but this makes them even more comfortable.

  This are amazing! We love them and they are so comfortable. Shame you can just buy one. Still, very easy to assemble, very sturdy and comfortable. Easy to clean

  Easy to assemble and comfortable but not as stable as I would have liked will be being gentle with them just incase but they look great and are good value for the money

  Look great, good price, easy to assemble. Comfortable and I am also plus size and the seat is comfortable for me.
