It is very comfortable and stable and straightforward to assemble - one person job. A previous reviewer helped me enormously by pointing out the drop-down choice of heights to order - I needed 'counter' not 'bar' -worth noting. The stool is smart enough to use elsewhere in the house for extra seating. Am delighted with it.

Rather than a bar use this comes in handy as a piano stool as the dimensions suited my table height. The seat is comfy with I think is memory foam?. I like the clean design and the very useful foot rest. Recommended as good value.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 December 2020Sturdy and fairly comfortable stoolNeeding a stool for working in my shed or garden on some things, this stool seemed ideal. First impressions were that the stool seat part wasn't going to be ideal for the environment as it didn't look like it would be easy to wipe, though so far in use it has been fine.The instructions also while mostly fine didn't quite explain how some parts should fit but I worked this out.Everything feels well made apart from one of the holes in the frame in which I had to put one of the screws was either not quite centred or had too much paint in it as the first attempt appeared to partially cross thread the screw. However, I put all the others in and tried the same screw again and it worked perfectly.While the pictures could be better replaced with photos (doesn't have to be colour) or better diagrams I did have enough to assemble the stool. It's possible that I will want to extend the height of the stool in future and as this is a sturdy frame of steel I would expect this to be easy enough to do.Quite happy to recommend but some quality improvements could be made. Despite these minor points I have given it 5 stars as it is sturdy and does do what I need.
