- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 September 2021Poor Quality & FixingsFixings & Quality Poor - This chair looks great in the photo however it has sub-standard - it only has simple screws that you screw straight into the wood frame. This chair as most self- assembled chairs should have Allen Key type screws with bolts so they can be tightened and firmly held together - to ensure it robust and sufficient - Customer Service is very poor - when we opened box to see the poor quality of fixings and the material/hard foam we immediately contacted Amazon to tell them we do not even want to assemble it and wish to return it to be collected - Amazon was able to help whatsoever and referred to the seller - however the seller constantly refused expected us to pay over £100 to send it back - they finally offered us £50 to keep the chair we did not want - we now are £219 out of pocket poor standard chair - very bad quality item and poor customer service.
