Which is very Lucky, as back of chair is very low an doesn't support neck or head in seated position as its lower, its very hard an uncomfortable and like another review it's a completely different Colour than a ordered which is a complete pain ruined my purchasing experience and wont be a return buyer..Avoid buying total waste of money, can't wait too bin it asap

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 June 2019Horrible Customer ServiceDon't do it folks! We ordered two blue chairs. One blue chair arrived and one grey chair. It clearly states GREY on the box! Why did they deliver a grey chair? Who knows?! It has been over 30 days since trying to get the seller to pick up the grey chair. They might answer you back ONCE a day and then they drag out the issue when its actually a very simple fix - pick up the wrong chair and deliver the correct chair. They have sent numerous notifications saying the chair would be picked up so we scheduled to be at home each time...well THE CHAIR IS STILL HERE. We missed several days of work due to this. I will never buy from this seller again. Now as far as the correct blue chair. You get what you pay for, and I'm fine with that. These chairs were to be used in a nook in our house that would rarely be used. If you plan to use the chair a lot, then it may not hold up. As far as looks, its ok...made from cheap fabric. The design of the chair is nice and it was very easy to assemble. It would have been nice to receive both chairs in blue to complete our room design. overall, due to the way the seller has handled this case, I am not a satisfied customer.

And no response from the company on this and also a rude delivery driver that threw it down outside the front door even thou I’d gone to help him carry it. It’s a cheap hard chair.

The seat height was a little low (45cms, but I knew this from the product description) but easily sorted by using some furniture risers. A good purchase.

After negotiating with WarmieHomy who initially, ridiculously suggested I fixed it with some studs from a hardware store, they finally offered appropriate compensation, which will cover the cost of mending and inconvenience,so I am happy in the end.
