- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 September 2021Recliner FailureThis recliner came as advertised and in reasonable time. After 3 months it became stiff & 'clanky'. In the 4th month it seized up and became useless & dangerous to walk past because the mechanism was half raised. The retailer offered half price refund if I got the chair repaired myself. I said I didn't accept. Now I have a chair that is causing me difficulties (I am partially disabled) and it's totally useless.No further response from the seller ! !
