Easy to Use 2-Button Bonded Leather Electric Rise Recliner
The Windsor Riser Recliner Chair features a single motor mechanism and has been designed for ease of use. The simple to operate, two button handset allows you to either rise or recline your chair at the touch of a button. The rise function will enable you to raise the chair to an almost standing position, making ideal for those who require assistance when transferring to or from the chair. Whilst the recline function allows you to adjust the chair to a comfortable snooze position for ultimate relaxation.
The Windsor has been finished in a soft bonded leather upholstery for a modern & stylish appearance. In addition to its attractive appearance the leather upholstery also provides a convenient wipe clean surface for the user.
All of our Recliners are supplied in two separate sections, the base and the backrest. This allows easy removal from the box and transport within the home, navigating doorways and staircases. Once situated, the backrest simply clips into the rear section of the base to allow instant relaxation and comfort in your new chair.

The chair was purchased for a friend of ours who is terminally ill so that he could sit comfortably by the patio doors and enjoy his garden whilst he still can, and he is delighted with it, he finds it very comfortable and his wife is very happy to see him being able to relax by adjusting the chair easily to meet his needs. The quality is excellent and very easy to assemble. Would recommend *****

Now believe me - I love a firm chair but this is far too firm...you might as well buy a large boulder to lounge in.The "headrest" is positioned far too low, it should be renamed the "right in the middle of the back rest". It lies in such a position that it feels like it just digs into your back in a very unpleasant way, much like, say, a boulder.To add insult to injury (which would probably have been a back injury if I'd have kept the chair), the returns procedure for an item this heavy and large ended up putting me out of pocket by about £60. So I ended up paying £60 for the privilege of deciding the chair was as comfortable as a large rock to sit in.Also worth mentioning is that the seller charged me £16.99 for the chair to be delivered to my address. When I decided to send the chair back the prices from various online couriers were horrific so I emailed the seller to see if they could arrange it. They said they could arrange it but it would cost £39.99! It was the same courier and literally the same driver who delivered the item in the first place! This blatant play to claw back money from a lost sale irked me but I had no choice.Oh well - you live you learnTo summarise - don't buy this chair.FIN

Some of the material at the back and the pocket is definitely not leather. I'm not sure if the front is or isn't. Having said that its a great chair for the money and as my mother (who is forever practical ) says in a few years time, if she has leakage problems, it will be easy to give it a wipe.clean. Great value. My mother, who has poor eyesight, finds the remote easy to use.

This is a fantastic chair, looks smart and works very well. She can now stand easily due to the tilt action of this armchair. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a relative or friend who needs assistance standing up. Brilliant product, very easy to put together and has made her life much easier. Very highly recommended. Company who delivered were very helpful and delivered to her door and bought it in to her home. Great stuff.

Does exactly as shown in the illustration. My dad was absolutely delighted with it, therefore so am I. He has had it for one month now, and has found it very comfortable with no backache or neck ache which he has suffered from in the past. Would definitely recommend this for older people.

B e aware of this potential problem but the product is of good quality for the price equivelent chairs on the high street £600 plus.

Suitable for dementia fighter!Fabulous chair, this has helped hugely with my mother who has Vascular Dementia, she cant stand herself so with the aid if return stand and this being able to rise it has made life so much easier to get her up. The stand even fits under the chair!! You have to slightly raise the seat to do this but I don't know any other chair that reclines does this as there is a bar at the front on most but as this is to the side its simply brilliant. She loves having her legs raised. With her dementia she cant use the remote control, but we do it for her and if you are worried they may accidentally use it then tuck it away in the pocket at the side!!

Cushion is firm and does not allow Dad to slump into seat. For a leather reclining seat of this quality for less than £300, I must say this is excellent.Only thing is the courier service is poor. Item arrived earlier than anticipated but with no warning. Fortunately I was indoors at the time. When it did arrive, the driver literally left it at the door and buggered off. So for someone who may be looking to get this item, be prepared for it to arrive unannounced and taken into your house by yourself with zero assistance from the courier.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 August 2016Windsor Electric rise Recliner real leather chair.The Windsor chair was delivered very quickly on the 4/8/16 and today 5/8/16 we put it together. It works well but there is a fault with the right arm. The padding on the end of the right arm is so little that it has formed a deep depression and has stayed like that. The left arm padding is good and the arm of the chair is firm. My husband who uses the chair is not pleased and I am very disappointed.What can you do for us.
