Both my dad and I can't thank the company enough for their quick response to sort out the problem. My dad loves his new chair, its easy to use, its sturdy, the colour is just perfect. My dad loves the fact it reclines, so he can watch tv with his feet up. The chair is perfect for anyone of any age really and is so comfortable to sit in. Our only problem now is which side of the room is the best place for my dad, either way he loves it and finds it very comfortable. Thank you for the super fast way you sorted it all out for us.
