    Gorgeous chair.

Fantastic recliner chair. Very firm but I think that means it will last longer. Easy enough to put together, I live in northern Ireland and this was the only seller willing to deliver to me (after 4 previous purchases having to be cancelled)

This chair was an absolute disaster, DONT buy it, we had it a couple of months and a spring broke - my husband only weighs 11.12 stone. When I complained Husien was not interested as they said I had it too long!! Again I say, don’t waste your money it is NOT worth it!

Poor quality and it won’t last longer than a couple of months. Shame

Purchased this late last year to use as an occasional chair. It is rarely used. As you can see from the photograph a spring has sprung. It moves when you sit on it and is generally of very poor quality. Don’t buy this. It’s cheap crap. I am now having to purchase another chair as the seller refuses to replace this one. Disgraceful

Good chair, pity about the instructions and the lack of a fire safety label

Packagingthe chair is supplied as a kit, well packaged but assembling it was not the easiest job as the instructions consisted of a single page of small drawings. Here is my version of the assembly instructions assuming your chair is boxed like mine.a. Place the box on the floor with the packaging printing right way up. Open the box and look inside. You will find the chair upside down. Inside is a plastic bag holding the legs and plastic lock washers. Remove this bag and separate the legs. Deep inside the mechanism you can see more items covered in fabric of your preferred shade. Yo cannot remove these immediately so don't worry.b. Determine which is the front of the chair (folded up mechanism covered in fabric of your shade.) At each corner of the frame you will find a hole in which to screw the legs. Fit the black lock washer to a turned leg and fit this to a front corner. Repeat for the other front leg. Do the legs up as tightly as you can by hand.Repeat this process for the back legs which are curved and rectangular in section. Make sure the back legs curve backwards away from the front legs to give maximum stability.Notice that the legs are finished with small hard plastic parts. All the weight of the chair and occupant is carried on these four pieces , each about the size of a drawing pin. This large weight concentration may be enough to damage delicate flooring, just as stiletto heels do.c. Turn the box, chair and legs over till the chair is standing on it's legs. remove the box.d. Find the chair back and assemble it onto the two large metal frame members which stick up at the back of the chair. Ensure the buttoned side faces forwards. This step takes a bit of fiddling. I found this operation not very difficult.e. Recline the chair so the back is as flat as possible and the leg support extended.f. Remove the remaining parts from under the seat. these are the "ears" of the seat and the visible metal parts mate with metal parts each side of the back.g. Carefully slide an "ear" onto the side of the back. this requires some care as the padding makes it difficult to start the mating. Remember that the studded side faces outwards. Repeat for the second "ear".h. Attach the dangling skirt from the bottom of the back to the lowest part of the frame with the velcro provided. My chair is covered with a very pleasant blue/green velvet. It feel fairly thin so I'm not at al certain how long it will last. The mechanism works so far without problems.Note:- I could not find any tag indicating that the covering and padding is "Fire Safe". As I understand the matter all padded furniture sold in the UK must have such a label.
