  VERY BAD SERVICE

The chair looked great,arrived on time.The legs are not attached, When they were put on They did not screw in properly, they didn't not have enough support in the base of the wood to support the legs to hold them safely. Still trying to get my return sorted out 3 weeks later.Sent videos of problem, Was asked to return the chair myself.Im still shielding, So impossible, also How are you expected to take it to the Post office? Not a good experience AT ALL .Living in hope to get the chair removed from my front room!!!

  I just had whole hip REPLACEMENT. And i need to rest in certain positions. The chair is ideal for that purpose.

  Easy to assemble comfortable chair

  Got this for my mom she absolutely loves it,very comfortable and great support for her back the only thing I’d say is it’s hard to recline if your not very tall so my mom reclines it then sits on it otherwise it’s a great chair.

  OK, my chair was broken when it arrived the wood that holds the back legs in place was snapped, but I contacted the company spoke to Avery and had a full refund back in my account within 48 hours, I will be ordering another as I love the chair looks great and the little I sat on it its very comfortable

  I received my first chair which was very damaged. After contacts with the company in which they first offered me money they eventually agreed to supply a replacement chair. They did not want the first chair back so I am stuck at Christmas with having to dispose of it. The replacement chair is fine even if the front does catch the floor when returning it from a reclining position. I have added a piece of wood that I cut to shape to correct this problem. I would not recommend this company

  Oh my goodness. I got this for my bad back. Great support. Such value for money. So easy to assemble. It’s only 3 bits you need to slot in. The recliner is easy to use. Looks great in my living room. Might even get one for my bedroom n my mum as a Christmas present. A must buy. Oh it came quicker than expected

  Awful instructions - feet easily damaged

  Instructions are absolute dog doo. Just a few pictures. Here's my advice - put the plastic washer over the feet before screwing in. It's anyone's guess as to which feet go where as the picture is so poor. All 4 feet ended up with the paint chipping off, making them look unsightly. The chair feels fragile and the feet are incredibly poor quality, only outdone by the quality of the fixing points for them!Positives - came in a small enough box, easy to assemble, recliner functions well, seems comfortable enough.Reviewed to from 3 to 1 star - feet aren't fit for purpose and became loose and cracked. The wood they fix to isn't strong enough. See the video review from another seller - exact same issue.

  Very comfy and supportive

  Very comfy little chairs. Would have liked the wings to be bigger as tend to nod off in them in the sun. Love that they recline although the bottom foot rest catches on floor when you try to push back in and gets caught so you just have to push it under. Very easy to put together. Arrived promptly. Good back support. I have put covers on seat as our dogs tend to sunbathe on them as we have them in our bay window as a little breakfast area. My only concern is how long they will last as being of a 'put together' nature they don't feel as sturdy as the old fashioned wing backed chairs but we wanted the luxury of reclining them so that's the compromise. Just don't push out on the sides when getting up or let anyone sit on the arms. Push down not out and they should last a good while.
