  FIRST IMPRESSIONS VERY POSITIVE

  Since I spent ages researching before I bought this chair, I'll answer all of the questions I was asking.... DELIVERY: arrived a day earlier than the first of the two dates indicated. Arrived safely-packaged in one box. BOX: so large the delivery man had to squeee it through my standard-sized front gate and, as I had anticipated, it had to be left outside my front door. There is no way in which it could have been taken through a usual doorway. Double French doors would be ok. UNPACKING & MOVING: the box was very heavy, and had to be cut open to allow the contents into the house. Another person would have made the job much easier, but I'm used to working out how to do heavy jobs single-handed. Careful cutting (box is sturdy and so watch your hands!), removal from the box of the relatively light backrest and then levering and sliding did the trick. I wouldn't have been able to get the chair upstairs on my own. SETTING UP: simple, obvious and took five minutes. COMFORT: the backrest is very soft and comfortable; the seat is not as soft as my other faux-leather chairs, but is not bad. I'm six feet three inches tall, and so expected the recliner extension to be far too short--they always are-- and this, of course, is the case. It ends behind my kneecaps in the usual way, but adding an additional footstool makes it comfortable. The angle of sitting when upright is a little steep for someone of my height, but you can push the backrest and so that it is fine.SIZE AND RELIABILITY: I weigh ten and a half stone and so am not anticipating any problems with the chair's strength; however, it does seem very robust. I am slim (waist 34 inches) and the seat is wide enough for someone a few inches larger, being about 44 centimetres between the middles of the arm-rests.MASSAGE FUNCTION: I love it! Brilliant! Varied and responsive with many settings. Because I'm tall the 'leg' section massages my thigh area, of course. But that doesn't matter.HEATER: works perfectly.SWING: the chair swivels freely, as most do. Don't look for it to be semi-fixed.SUMMARY: although its seat isn't as soft as the softest ones I've known, I love this chair, and am hoping it will last well. I'll post any updates as necessary.   Not good quality

  The heat pad didn't work on arrival. On further investigation, this was down to a delicate wire that snapped on transport.After about 4 days use, the stitching in the headrest snapped, whilst reclining. It doesn't appear to be of very good quality.

  Comfortable chair at an afordable price.

  Great value chair, delivered two days ahead of time. I bought it to ease my recovery from surgery, and its super comfortable. The material, while not real leather, does still have a 'quality' feel to it, unlike similar fake leathers. Also the chair is not sweaky, the swivel is smooth, it doesn't have any unusual odor, and overall feels very solid and built to last.It came in a single large box, but was in two distinct pieces, which was very handy for me, as i need for it to be able to get it up a flight of stairs, and around a tight bend, it being two pieces, it still took two people, but it was very straightforward.Props to the seller for prompt delivery.

  Brilliant buy

  Searched all over to find the perfect massage chair, as we all know there is no such thing as perfect.. But this chair is well worth the money and close to it, comfortable, flexible and massage function is good too, not had any problems with this so far I would recommend to anyone. Only 1 thing I could fault is that the chair is a bit loud when the massage is on but u do get used it. If your looking to buy one of these chairs I would highly recommend this one although if I was buying again I'd spent that extra £50 and get the upgraded one purley for the massage function to be a bit less louder but it's not really that big a deal as we do not no if that will be the case in a more expensive one. 9/10

  Good Chair, a terrible delivery service provider

  First the delivery experience: I was given a whole of day delivery date. No other detail. So the package arrived unannounced on the day, loaded on a pallet which was left on the kerbside, a 150kg package. The delivery driver rudely refused to help get it into my garden let alone up the steps to my house itself. I was left having to knock on neighbours’ doors asking for their help. Fortunately it was not raining too.The chair itself was easy to assemble and comfy with a convenient recline release handle and remote holder pouch. It has an uncomfortable lump from the frame pressing through the upholstery but a cushion on the seat negates this. Slightly more padding on the foot/leg rest would mean added comfort too.The massage function is good with numerous options and intensities and an easy to use interface control.If they choose a better delivery provider this would have been an excellent rating. Fortunately the sale price made the ultimate product good value

  Great chair, great value for money.The vibrate mod is very effective, tho to be fair can be a little noisey.Heating function very good in lumbar supportTo be honest once in the chair you wont want to get out of it !As the chair is mechanical, elderly and infirm people may find it hard to operate.***** star from our familyTMc

  Far too comfy !!

  Very comfortable and easy to use, the massage option is amazing.Customer service are great and very helpful.My only criticism is that when its fully reclined to horizontal position it doesn't stay fully reclined and with every movement it gradually returns to seating with foot reclined.
