  Poorly constructed rubbish. (Owned for over a year)

  I have owned this chair for just over a year and the fake leather on the arm rests has cracked, the cheap springs have come away from the frame and it seems to turn itself off whenever it feels like it.The vendor used Yodel to deliver it initially, and the Yodel driver attempted to steal it by delivering to a known wrong address. In fairness to the vendor they did ship out another almost immediately.Don't buy this chair. It WILL disintegrate.You WILL regret it.

  Dont waste your money.

  Originally was very pleased. But after 10 months the base has collapsed while my husband was sat in it. All 3 welding parts on base is shot. Contacted company, who hadn't got a spare part! Had to settle for 60 pound partial refund. No offer of replacement or full refund. After further negotiations another 69.99 refunded to my account. So overall it cost approx for the stool. Have now disposed of chair.

  Disgusting

  Boughty this used twice now is very sqeeky and they don't care ... The padding in the arm and the seats in disgracefully cheap crap used twice and padding is now flat so you resting your arms on a metal bar same with the seat and it does not massage it vibrates only the base when welding was done so bad the weldinv will rip your carpet buy elseware avoid here like the plauge and the AtoZ claim will be refused even thou it's a clear fault everyone is having read the reviews wish I had

  Great value for money.

  You don't expect much when paying small money for a chair that does so much. Boy was I wrong. It is comfortable most importantly. The vibrating and heating functions are a bonus. I had to contact the company over a small matter and they replied very soon the same day, and that was over a weekend, so good customer service. If you are considering this item, go ahead. I don't think you will be disappointed.

  DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

  DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!!No power to handheld remote. Massage only works on constant on seat only.When I sat on the chair (13 stone) the chair zip on the back split, there into zipper clasp do zip back together.Company accepted a return however I have to pay postage. It's not worth the value of the chair.ITS FIT FOR THE TIP. WASTE OF £130!!! DONT BUY CHEAP!!!

  Excellent value for money

  Got this for my Nan she absolutely loves it -was very easy to assemble done it in 10mins - it massages and reclines and is very comfortable she falls asleep on it almost everyday and doesnt like anyone else sitting on it excellent value for money highly recommend

  Comfortable but has problems

  Comfortable chair but the massage is just like leaning against a washing machine on spin cycle and it is very noisy even when switched off at the hand control. The choices of massages on the hand control are not obvious and it does have a tendency to switch itself on again unless its unplugged at the socket.The chair is easy to put together and relaxing to use.

  This chair is superb

  My husband has a progressive spinal problem, within a couple of days he really felt his pain levels lowering, the heat from the chair and stool helped with feet and leg swelling. I cannot recommend this chair enough, my daughter sat on it and within 24 hours she too ordered one.

  Great but vibration mode is noisy

  Bought for partner and he loves it.It is comfy and can suit your sitting precision as it reclines. Only thing that winds me up is when he has the vibration on and your watching TV, the vibration is load. But he is very happy with it.

  Grate chair

  Had this for 3 years absolutely best chair I’ve had only got rid of it because I moved comfortable grate in the winter with heated seat function loved it
