The item was delivered the very next day , communication very good , instructions easy to follow but even better with you tube video ! It’s sturdy good quality item but the massage model or me was not intense enough is more of a vibration this may suit most people and possibly a design fault ....?! So a bit disappointed as I thought it would be amazing recliner with heat n massage for such a good price .however ..... it’s not the only item for disabled people this company sells .......therefore ......I would not hesitate to buy again from this company I am confident that they care and work hard to deliver quality goods and service to all its customers .
