  Do not buy this chair...! It is uncomfy and almost falls apart

  Your browser does not support HTML5 video. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.It is hard to assemble on your one. I ended up needing 2 other people to help. That isn't the worst part though. Everything is lose and the back doesn't attach properly. The back wobbles so much and as do the arms. Everything is set up correctly and 2 other people have checked this. I've also tried using the allen key they provide to tighten it and it's all as tight as it can be. Such a waste of £100 I honestly couldn't have afforded. Wish I could have got a refund but I bought it threw my partners amazon and problems only started showing after a month. Honestly I'd get any other chair. I don't leave bad reviews often but I can't find any good feature to this chair which is really disheartening.

  a good chair!

  I'd been looking for a chair which has arm rests, height/back adjustment, and most importantly - a leg rest. This chair has all of those, and it's pink haha so that's just a good bonus. It was easy to put together, good quality materials, and came with tools (although I found it easier to use my own). I sit on this chair for 12+ hours minimum per day for work and leisure, and have had none of the aches and pains I did from my last chair. I'd been contemplating buying it for a few months until another reviewer showed a cat sat on the same chair, and I must say that cat knows a good chair. I'm really happy with this purchase, and I standby the mantra that if it's good enough for a cat then it's good enough for me.Although, it must be said, I screwed the arms in VERY tightly, and one is a bit wobbly now, so i think it needs some TLC every so often in tightening things up here and there.

  Great quality but some draw backs

  The massage function is disappointing for me but my son loves it. Its also very noisy. In addition, being 5ft 3 the seat is a little high even at its lowest setting. Not a standard height. I bought another adult desk chair for my son and its fits me fine. Otherwise its very comfortable and great quality. The instructions for assembly aren't the best. I was fiddling around with a flap of material wondering what to do with it for ages as there's no mention of it at all

  This chair does not massage

  This is definitely a pink chair and it arrived on time hence the 2 stars! It was also easy to assemble., everything else about this chair is unsatisfactory.So, if you are buying this chair for the massage feature don't, there are various VIBRATION modes neither massage, they just shake the chair. Gave gave us all headache.Executive chair it is not , it is quite small. I think the average size male would find it uncomfortable to work in all day.The footrest works but is unstable and feels like it will break off any at any moment.It is not a sturdy chair.Seller offered return, but return would could me £48 so had to keep it and was refunded £18.

  Absolutely love my chair and so does my cat. So comfy and massage thing in it is a great bonus. Love the foot rest part. Highly recommend this chair, tilts back nicely to fit your comfort level.

  Office Chair with Footrest

  I needed it for working from home. It's quite okay and took just about 30 minutes to assemble it. The instructions are quite clear and none of the pieces were missing. It is a good massage chair as well but unfortunately, I fell over when I was testing the recliner and the footrest. Lucky, I didn't injure myself and i would not fuss about it because the chair itself is great. One think I wish they need to do is to add some more padding on the sit. I was expecting more given that it cost just about £100. Have to put a cushion to feel more comfortable hence the reason why I did not give the remaining star. The doesn't fee very steady but I guess that's dependent.On the positive side, the massage works great and has different motions to make you feel relaxed. Had back issues with my previous chair and this seems to compensate all my previous misery. If you are looking for a compute chair, this is not going to disappoint too. The recliner and height adjustments are as expected.

  Good chair fully recomend

  Really comfortable chair and lovely colour. Was a bit sceptical about buying it due to mixed reviews but thought I would give it a go really sturdy however the food stool does feel slight flimsy. Reclines quite far back and the massage feature is really good with different settings, it's not to strong but quite relaxing. Only complain about the massarge feature is that the bus sons to control it is back on the back rest of the chair making it slighty awkward to keep changing but once you have it set it's all good this could have been deigned better having more accessible to get to while reclined and relaxed but overall recall pleased with my purchase

  Very Comfortable and Ergonomic

  After suffering an old office chair for many years, when I changed offices I thought I'd invest in a new one. Lots of research led me to this one and it's very comfortable especially with the fold out foot rest although it doesn't recline fully flat. I don't think this is a bad thing otherwise I'd spend all day fully reclined with the massage function on. Like all office chairs some bolts work loose in use but this is easily fixed and is not a fault, pretty much all high end office chairs do this. The massage function isn't the same as getting your back pummelled but it is pleasant and does provide some relaxation especially when reclined.

  Not worth the money

  I am very unhappy with this purchase. I have barely had the chair a month and its already almost unusable.The arms of the chair become loose after a few uses and the metal screws are so cheap that after 2 tightens they are worn away so i cant tighten the arms anymore and the whole chair becomes floppy.The "massage" function is nothing but a loud vibration that also does nothing but give you a headache.For the price paid i would expect better quality.

  For the price, it's great. It looks great and it's comfy and supports me well, but I'm very petite. It might be a squeeze if you're a little bigger. It isn't the strongest chair, and mine keeps making a strange metallic clicking sound, but I recommend it if sturdiness isn't too much of an issue.Also - the reviews about it being hard to assemble aren't true at all. You have to build the chair, but it isn't difficult or complicated and everything's clearly labelled.- Thank you! :3
