- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 August 2019NOT SAFE, Keep lookingI fell asleep in this recliner and must of rolled during the sleep and the chair TIPPED completely over backwards! I'm no spring chicken and had a heck of a time getting onto my feet. The chair has a fairly small round base for the swivel feature and it's not stable. Also, footrest is manual and does not kick in easily. You cannot use the heater by itself with the vibrator being on. This is not a good chair for anyone elderly, nor anyone else, unless you like to do BACK FLIPS!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 July 2019not delivered as per informationwhen I ordered this very comfortable looking chair. the write up said it would be delivered to my home by a two man team who would take it to the room of my choice and assemble it. brilliant. I live in a first floor flat, am 70years old and partially disabled. ideal. wrong. the chair top arrived two days before it was even expected and by one man, he said the other part should arrive the next day (a Thursday) that is ok as I seldom go far. Thursday came Friday Saturday sunday and Monday came, but thereat of my chair did not. when it did eventually arrive, it was the same driver who delivered the top half, way back, I asked about how it was that he obviously was not carrying this upstairs n he said "We are only allowed to deliver it to your door, we can not carry it anywhere" I WAS LEFT TRAPPED IN MY HOME. Literally as the parcel blocked my front door completely. I eventually managed to round up my grandsons who carried it up stairs and put it together. brilliant. not really. the chair is comfortable but if you recline it, it is very very difficult to close as the bottom edge of the chair catches on the carpet stopping it from closing. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 July 2021Advertised as leather gaming chair but This is not leatherThe delivery man left it at top of the stairs and would not deliver to my door I am 66 years old and i tried to help him bring it up the stairs, I had to get these two parcels large boxes that you cant lift in my house. After 2 hours I got it in and cut the boxes off the chair as I could not lift it out. I have a LARGE ragdoll cat who jumped on the chair and his claws went right through the vinyl. This was the reason I needed Leather. I rechecked the advert and it did say leather chair. If I had known it was vinyl I would never have ordered this because of the ragdoll cat. I have a read leather couch which can take the cats weight and claws without leaving a trace but I now have a vinyl chair that I have to keep out of the way of my cat and put a cover over it and padding on the chair when not in use. I now cannot return this wrong item so please beware IT IS NOT LEATHER!!!

- it says it arrivs in 2 pieces, what size are individual box's please?Bottom piece is bigger so it comes in a bigger box,back rest is in smaller box.dont know dimentions.
- Can you turn on the heat be turned on independantly of the massage function. Please?Yes. Look down the handset and you'll see the button for heat only.
- does this fully recline, so you lie flat? I don't see that in the pictures, just the legs coming up.Mine doesn’t fully recline I find I have to pull the legs up for it to stay up after I’ve pulled the leaver
- it says leather. is it or is it bonded leather?I think it's faux leather. It's also an excellent chair-so versatile.
