- When this lies flat, is there a big gap under your back?Sounds as though it’s faulty. I complained about the seat being hard two months after I got it and they were round to my house in no time. I am well satisfied with mine
- the listing says "delivered by a two man team and installed into a room of your choice" Does this mean that tey put them together or do I have to do .Its delivered in a large cardboard box. You put the base on the floor and slot the back rest into it. Ideally its a two person job but I managed to do it on my own.
- My staircase is only 80cm wide. Is there a way to take the sides off for the chair to be brought to the bedroom upstairs?I bought my chair nearly 4 years ago and from my recollection, it came in 2 parts, but even in 2 parts, I think it is too wide to get up your staircase. Best bet would be to ring the company who sells them, they were very helpful when I had a query. Good luck.
- how hard wearing is the fabric?I PICKED THE CREAM ONE BIG MISTAKE GOT DIRTY VERY QUICKLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CLEAN FABRIC NOT THE BEST.
