  I purchased this for my 90 year old neighbour, as it looked a good replacement for her old one which had given up the ghost, and was not expensive, because I didn't want her to spend too much. She chose the Wine colour.The delivery drover phoned me 25 minutes before, so I was ready.The 2 men, bought the 2 boxes in, undid them, and assembled the chair and placed it in her required position, connected up, and went through the operation with her.The men then took all the packing away into their van, and Betty gave them a £10 tip.She is absolutely delighted with the chair AND the colour and price, and her pleasure makes my day as well, since I was the one who did the research !!WELL DONE EVERYBODY.Len Underwood

  Fantastic value and quality

  I was a bit apprehensive to order because the seats were cheap to what I expected to pay, but we were in lock down and couldn't buy anywhere else.. But when they came 2 days later I'm so happy with them, the quality is amazing, so comfy, and the electrics are realy easy to operate and run smooth, fantastic value all round, colour is beautiful and material is brilliant quality, and even though we are in lock down the delivery men still assembled the chairs as they were in conservatory, and I must say they were so friendly and helpful, anyone thinking of buying from this company do not hesitate you won't be disappointed, thank you so much.

  I AM SERIUOUSLY ILL, JUST SPENT 18 DAYS ( CLOSE TO DEATH ) WITH SWOLLEN LEGS, WHICH WERE INFECTED, IT WAS , AND STILL IS HELL.I CAREFULLY SELECTED A HIGHER PRICE FULLY ASSEMBLED RECLINER , I NEED TO HAVE SERIOUS HELP TO SURVIVE.IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW , I AM 84 YEARS OLD.OMG! SHOCK HORROR WHEN A MAN DELIVERED A LARGE BOX, I THOUGHT AND JOKED WITH THE DRIVER, SAYING ( WHAT THE HELL IS THIS, CAN'T POSSIBLY BE A RECLINER I'M EXPECTING ) THE DRIVER LAUGHED AND SAID ( A RECLINER , NO I WOULDN'T HAVE THOUGHT SO ).AGAIN SHOCK HORROR. HE SAID THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TWO BOXES , ALARM BELLS BEGAN TO RING IN MY HEAD. ( HELL NO , NOT A DAMN KIT )OH BLOODY HELL IT WAS A RECLINER.THE ADD SAYS TWO MEN WILL DELIVER THE RECLINER AND INSTALL ( PLACE) THE ITEM IN A ROOM OF MY CHOICE.NOT SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS PUTTING THE DAMN THING TOGETHER. OMG.I'M SO ILL & STRESSED.NICE BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY 84 TH. TOMORROW. OH HELL.

  Exactly what I was expecting...

  Great reclining chair and good value for money. Dual remote control and lots of pockets to put items in. has 2 cup holders which is very handy. Relines right back to sleep in and foot rest is great. Get the position your comfortable in and hey-ho. :-) PS The delivery chaps assembled it for me.

  fully adjustable back+footrest and tilt to get up has 2 motors so back+footrest adjust separately. Nice fabric too.A year ago I never though I would need a chair like this but now it has been one of the best thing I have ever boughtWhich I did after My friend bought one we are both delighted with this product

  I purchased this chair for my elderly mother was a very quick delivery the delivery men brought in the chair and set it up only took 10 minutes very simple. My mother is so thrilled my father was impressed too and he purchased one the next day very good value and comfortable easy to use the remote for adjustments

  Confusing controller

  Bought for my mum she loved the colour but she found it a bit hard. The control is very confusing, the description says press centre button to reset there is no button. She ended up tipping herself out of the chair. Even I was confused looking at the controller

  Excellent chair with excellent customer service!

  My mum bought this chair as she was having trouble getting to her feet from chair. This was perfect for her and it’s a really smart looking chair too. The first chair she had developed a fault and the company were wonderful and sent a replacement the next day! Very good customer service!

  Comfortable chair.

  Chair was ordered because my husband recently had hip replacement surgery and needed a comfortable chair to sit on. He finds it very suitable. I expected the colour to be a darker wine , it's a more pinkish shade. Overall the chair is suitable for our needs. It was assembled by the two men that delivered it. Very satisfactory.
