- Can it be used with a WiFi smart plugA smart plug will only turn the lamp on or off. As far as I am aware the control functions can only be operated from the control switch.
- what is the maximum height of this desk lamp? ie after extensionSorry, i cannot recommend this product i bought two and both failed and had to be returned! Amazon should really stop selling this lamp. Feedback is a complete catalogue of disasters!
- The button on the button control is now flashing red and the light is not working. Can this be fixed?Don't know. The led array may have failed. Are you using the correct USB adapter, the Output must be 5V and 2A/Amp or the same but 2000mA/mAmp. Try a different adapter with either of those outputs, also a different mains socket. If it happened to me and I'd tried those I'd disconnect from the socket, cut out the switch… see more Don't know. The led array may have failed. If the led array still doesn't work then it's for electricals recycling. see less
- Does the arm stay where you leave it or do you have to alter the retaining screws when you want to move it?The arm can be re-positoned without having to loosen or re-tighten the pivot screws so it works fine, it seems to be a decent quality item. Also it's nice being able to turn down the brightness but I suspect that doesn't reduce energy use.
