- The light cuts off every few minutes. Anyone else have this problem?Are you running it from a USB port on your computer? If so, it could be that the computer itself (or its USB interface) is going into power-save; - does it happen whilst you're working at the computer as normal, or does it happen when you've been away from the computer for a while?
- What is the maximum thickness of a table top that this lamp would fit? The picture seems to show the size of clamp including the screw.the maximum thickness of a table top is 2.3inch.
- How long is the cord please?Approximately 36 inches or 3 foot. (3 standard 30 cm school rulers!) It is an led cable and it runs from the base of the lamp
- I ordered this again and this time charger is missinghello, we have updated the product detail page, now the led lamp doesn't have charger, you have to buy a 5V/2A charger, thanks.
