- I have had my lamp a few months and the hxarging point has completely stopped working, can you help?I also bought one in August 2020 single port and now the chain that allows the light to be put on and off fell out last night !!! Do not think they are very robust lamps -especially as mine youuse the chain to change brightness -so therefore has more strain
- Is the USB a fast charger?It's not super fast, but it isn't slow either. It charges well in a reasonable time.
