The seller was excellent and refunded infull even before the return could have reached them (paid by seller) Excellent service and I thorughly recommend this seller.

The little crystals make them look very classy. They are supplied with a good quality bulb which gives a lovely warm glow. I was originally looking for LED lamps but this style only came in silver. I much prefer the gold colour and the bulb supplied gives a nicer light than LEDs; a warmer glow. A few of the crystals had dropped off when unpacking but they were easy to put back on. The lamp even comes with a few spare crystals.

It is a lovely gold colour with beads that look beautiful when the lamp turns on. For someone who likes sparkles and a touch of class, this lamp is a perfect gift. I didn’t expect it would be so nice but it has gone beyond my expectations by having a USB port as well as it being a touch activated lamp.

The USB ports are handy for charging your phone at your bedside. They come with a warm glow bulb which gives a lovely ambience to the room. The little crystals look nice and sparkly when the lights are on. You also receive extra crystals and clips in case any are broken or have fallen off. The thing to remember is, they are operated by touch. So, you may plug them in and switch on, and nothing happens. However, if you touch any part of the lamp, they will go on. So, don't think you've received a dud lamp when nothing happens initially. They do work, and look great ?

Only thing i would say is one is a lot more paler in colour, even though they are the exact same product and colour. Also dont get why the USB ports are put towards the back of the lamp, where the power cord is which is annoying as have to have this showing, in order to access the USB ports properly. Touch sensor can sometimes be a but unreactive. One is also bigger then the other in height. Apart from these minor errors a really good product that looks a lot more expensive.
